Insight Scheme

The Insight programme recruitment process has one stage:

First stage: Application

  • To apply you will need to submit an online application, which involves one short essay answer question. 
  • Applications for Insight 2012 will be open from 10th February until 26th February 2012.  When the application is open it can be accessed by clicking here.
  • Please note we only accept online applications and do not accept any speculative applications.
  • We will let all applicants know by email whether or not they have been successful in gaining a place on the scheme by the end of March 2012.

Summer Scheme

The Summer Scheme recruitment process has two stages:

First stage: Application

  • First you will need to register your details.
  • To apply you will need to submit an online application, which involves you uploading your CV and covering letter along with two short essay answer questions.
  • Before you begin the application, please ensure you carefully read the application guidance notes.  Click here to access the notes.
  • Applications for the Summer Scheme 2012 will be open from 1st March to 30th March 2012. The application will be available online when the application opens.
  • Please note we only accept online applications and do not accept any speculative applications.

Second stage: Interview

  • If your online application is successful you will be invited to conduct a telephone interview in May.

All communication for our recruitment is conducted via email, therefore please apply with an account you will have continued use over university holiday.

Graduate Scheme

The Graduate Scheme recruitment process has three stages:

First stage: Application

  • To apply you will need to submit an online application, which involves you uploading your CV and covering letter along with two short essay answer questions.
  • Applications for the Graduate Scheme in 2012 are now CLOSED.  Applications for the Graduate Scheme in 2013 will open in October 2012.
  • Please note we only accept online applications and do not accept any speculative applications.
  • We will let all applicants know whether or not they have been successful in reaching the next stage by the end of December 2012.

Second stage: Assessment Day

  • If your online application is successful you will be invited to attend an assessment day in January 2013.

Third stage: Interview

  • If you were successful at the assessment day you will be invited to attend an interview in late January or early February 2013.
  • We make job offers or offers to join us for work experience by the end of February 2013.
