Residential (RICS)

Although the residential pathway is sometimes followed by graduates at Savills, this year we are focussing on Planning and Development, Rural and Commercial.

The Planning and Development pathway would be followed by people who may in previous years have opted for Residential, as the majority of work would be undertaken in the Residential parts of the business.

If you might previously have applied to the Residential pathway, please apply for P&D this year - if we feel at any point that it is appropriate to swap you to the Residential pathway, we can do this easily without any detriment to your APC or career at Savills.
