What's the biggest project you've worked? I'm
working with the head of our Development Team to advise a client on
the regeneration of a former steelworks. It's a huge site, and my
work is extremely varied, including estate management and developer
selection.
How does working here challenge you? We set our
own challenges every day, because we're always driving ourselves to
deliver top quality work that consistently beats
expectations.
What's the most rewarding aspect? We seem to be
given responsibility much earlier than our counterparts in other
firms. This gives us the chance to build up trust with our seniors,
meaning greater confidence when dealing with clients.
What are you focused on now? Most important, I'm
developing a long list of regular clients who trust you and contact
you before anyone else.
