Training & Development
Our training and development regime is one of the best in the
property industry, and is geared towards enabling our people to
reach their full potential.
Increasing the skills and knowledge of our people ensures we
produce the confident, highly qualified staff we need to be the
best. So we focus on making sure Savills people are satisfied with
their career and personal development and are able to work well as
a team towards achieving our business aims and objectives.
It's an approach that begins to work for you as soon as you join
as a graduate trainee. Our two-year graduate programme involves six
four-month seats in different departments, giving you a real
understanding of the business and how our departments work.
As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend
technical, business skills and personal development activities -
including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock
assessments, revision sessions and social events - which complement
both your practical experience and meet the theoretical
requirements of your APC.
In addition, you'll be able to attend the skills courses we offer
all our staff on subjects including:

regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you
need.
Also, you will have a mentor in each team who is responsible for
handing work over to you and getting you the right experience. On
your first day you will have a buddy who has been in the team you
will be joining and who will introduce you to the other graduates
and give you an overview of how the teams etc.
To give you sufficient time to prepare for your final assessment
